Never Buy Karbonn Mobiles. i am one victim of there cheating. i purchased a karbonn mobile two months backs. it go complaint within four days of purchase it started to overheating. it took 12 days to rectify the complaint. three weeks later its display has been gone. now it is with service center and now this 20th day which it is with service people. they also doesn't know when the display will come and when it can be rectified. nobody is responsible there is no service manager of nothing is there this company. if wish to call or send email to the company no response. The complaint registration form the www.karbonnmobiles.com is not working. The contact no which is given in the website no body is picking the phone. About the sound Quality and Picture Quality Worst. if u record some video we can play only video while playing video we cant able to here. if we want to her the sound we have play it separately. Very very poor performance from the mobile and mobile makers.
