Very worst... Battery wont stand 4 long time... often getting software problem.. but camera is worth

Hi am using this mobile from feb '09. i checked all your comments. as u all told, Camera is excellent.but charge doesnt stands.. and its having software problem often. i changed 3 times. i checked with my neighbors too... they too experienced the same.... but hope 7310 works fine.
